When can I expect to receive my box?

Boxes will be shipped during the first ten days of the following months: March, June, September & December. For example, if you purchase a box and the cut off date to order is May 15th, your box will ship in early June. You will receive an email from the carrier when your box ships along with the tracking information.

When is my subscription billed?

Quarterly Subscription:  Your first subscription box will be billed upon enrollment and all subsequent boxes will be billed every 3 months from that date.


Annual Subscription:  Your first subscription box will be billed upon enrollment and all subsequent boxes will be billed every 12 months from that date.

All charges will be billed as a charge from ALIGN Training & Coaching.

Is there a cut-off date to order my subscription or box by?

Each quarter's box has a limited production time. The cut-off date to purchase subscriptions and gift boxes for each quarter is: February 15, May 15, August 15, November 15. If the order for your subscription or gift box is received after the date listed, it will automatically be delivered during the next quarter.

Do you ship internationally?

We only ship within the continental United States at this time.

What if there is a problem with my shipment?

If there is a problem with your box or if you receive a damaged item, we’ll joyfully provide assistance or a replacement item. Please contact us via email:  bringjoytoyourdoor@gmail.com with details.

Do you offer refunds?

We don’t offer refunds on any box once it has been shipped. Please see our cancellation policy if you’d like to discontinue your annual subscription and stop receiving quarterly shipments. If you receive a damaged item, we’ll joyfully provide a replacement. Send email to: bringjoytoyourdoor@gmail.com with details.

How can I cancel my subscription?

If for any reason you’re not inspired by the subscription service “Bring Joy to Your Door”, please send an email to: bringjoytoyourdoor@gmail.com stating your request to cancel (include: full name, email, and contact phone number). Please add the following to the subject line: CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION.

Send by:
April 30th to cancel June shipment

July 31st to cancel September shipment

October 31st to cancel December shipment

January 31st to cancel March shipment

How do I attend the Masterclass? When is it?

An invitation with all of the details including the link to attend live will be included in your box. A reminder email will be sent before class begins. Details to watch the replay will be sent after the class date to the email provided.

Can I try the service without committing to a full year?

Yes, if you would like to test drive the Bring Joy to your Door experience, then purchase Try-A-Box of Joy. You’ll receive the current box with its contents and invitation to attend the quarterly Master Class. Our hope is that you’re inspired to subscribe to quarterly deliveries. Single boxes also make a wonderful gift for someone special.
